Mother-Daughter Tea & Flower Market Memories

I've never been to a tea...and maybe you haven't either...but I bet you have an idea of what a proper tea party is supposed to be like. In my mind I had images of decadent desserts, dainty tea cups and maybe even a fancy hat (ok, I look really bad in hats, but that's just me.) I was just excited to put on a pretty dress and sip tea with my pinky in the air...which I'm pretty sure is a rule when drinking tea.

More important than following the "rules" of tea, we wanted to create an environment for mothers and daughters to create a memory.  After tea and dessert the mother-daughter duos created bouquets to take home from our fresh flower market.  Hopefully each of them will remember this experience and the time they spent together for years to come.

We hope you'll join us at The Vintage House soon. Click on the Calendar of Events tab to the right to see what's next!
